JGC Japan

Bringing Renewable Energy to the World

Global warming is one of the most serious environmental issues. JGC was among the first to enter the solar power business in Japan in 2012, when the feed-in tariff for renewable energy was introduced. We are one of the most experienced contractors in Japan's solar power plant construction market, and overseas, we have built three large-scale solar power plants in Vietnam.
In addition to solar power generation, we are currently constructing a biomass power plant in Japan, and since November 2018, we have entered the field of offshore wind power, aiming to further contribute to driving wider use of renewable energy in Japan and overseas.
