This factory is a compact three-story building with a total floorspace of 3,380 m². It has a high production capacity, being equipped with four large freeze dryers, an automated vial preparation freeze drying line capable of handling sterilization hazards, and an automatic sterilized bulk pharmaceutical freeze drying line.

Despite being a project requiring the handling of numerous factors from the installing of all kinds of equipment to dealing with chemical hazards, etc., JGC was required to complete the factory in the short time of 20 months, including engineering, construction, commissioning and validation. JGC made full use of the wealth of experience in projects to construct pharmaceutical plants, and capabilities in engineering, to ensure strict adherence to the delivery date and successful completion of the project.
