How does your Selection process work?

Our Hiring Process
1. Submission of Intention
Upon your registration and application, you will be automatically included in our global resume database for potential job matches.

2. Hearing from us
Our Talent Acquisition professionals will screen and review submitted information and resumes. Successful applicants or prospective candidates will be contacted via email primarily or by phone to set up 1) Initial Interview and 2) Final Interview.

3. Our Final Assessment
We will notify candidates of our Final Assessment after completion of the interview process.Selected candidates will be assisted and guided by our mobility professionals until either mobilization to Japan HQ (Yokohama, Japan) for an initial training period (3 months ~ 1 year, based on discipline) for some roles, or starting work directly in the Chennai office.
