Actual Example of Data Analysis
In response to operational trouble at our client's plant, pre-event operation data was analyzed and an anomalous sign was detected at locations separate from the functional failure. Before this case, JGC had detected a fundamental cause leading to operation trouble. JGC then had made a suggestion to the client about how to respond to the cause. This is a good example showing that JGC's extensive engineering knowledge combined with advanced data analysis technology. It has enabled the client to become aware of trouble previously difficult to recognize from the standard operation monitoring screen.
